"Rob is a man of his word. He provided us a quote for the work to be done to convert from oil to natural gas in a very open and honest way and he honored it fully. His approach is non-BS and he did everything he said in would on the date and within the timeframe he provided upfront. Rob is punctual, professional, and brilliant with his approach, vision, and equipment. He even came back after the work was done to paint the outside pipe. Nice touch! "Fantastic. Jeff is a pro. Installation went as described in both locations. He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. Jeff is professional, punctual, cleans up, old furnace removal and does great work. I’m very happy with my 2 new efficient heaters and hot water heaters! My heating costs are down substantially! I’m glad we chose Jeff."
