I had 3 cracks in my foundation. They came out right away to quote the job. I had the work done a month later and could schedule it on my time. Guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Cracks were repaired. There was not a mess anywhere when they were done. All the work was explained explicitly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Will came out to look at the basement within days and was very much the same. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and communication as well as a clean jobsite when all was complete. Will, Tony and Ian installed a sump pump and poured 2 concrete stairs in my bulkhead. They showed up on time, did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend! Great company!

After finding water in one room of our finished basement I called New England Foundation Crack Repair after reading reviews and talking to a previous customer. After meeting with Will I made an appointment to have the foundation crack repaired. We knew pretty well where the crack was going to be based on the topography of the ground above. So, after removing the drywall, sure enough the crack, from floor to top, was right there. Once the crack location was verified, Tony from the company came and did the needed repair. Tony arrived for the appointment. He repaired the crack. I was with him the whole time of the repair. When I had questions he gladly took the time to answer them. Tony was polite, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He did his work and when he was finished he did leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived, very neat. I would definitely use this company again. Cassandra, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with.

New England Foundation Crack Repair worked on my 100+ y/o fieldstone foundation. Will arrived to quote the work as schedule. Will, Tony and Cassandra arrived as scheduled to complete the work. Anyone who has tried to schedule contractors these days understands how rare that is. The work is top rate. Everyone is gracious, courteous and informative. Will explained what needed to be done, why it need to be done and how it would be done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I could not be more please.

Did not upsell on other work and was pragmatic about suggestions when asked about other issues we had (or thought we had). Replaced an old wood column with a to-code lally column. We first consulted with N.E. Foundation Crack Repair to discuss how best to eliminate water from the basement of our newly purchased 1939 house. Will gave us several several options to consider, and we decided to start with installation of a sump. Will and his assistant were on time, completed the project quickly and carefully, and cleaned up well. He is also an excellent communicator and took time to answer all of our questions. We will be using NEFCR for other projects, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners.

I wish I had called these guys first! I had to have them come and repair another contractor's shoddy and overpriced work. NEFCR was everything that the original contractor was not. Within 2 days of contacting them, the repair was done in less than 2 hours, for less than a third of what the other guy charged, AND with a lifetime warranty to boot. The technician was professional and thorough, respectful and personable. This is now the second time I have used them since the original contractor, and they are now the only contractor that I would ever consider for any type of foundation work.

We recently noticed a crack in our basement wall which allowed water to seep in. NEFCR promptly diagnosed and quoted the repair and completed the work as agreed. The technician (Will) was prompt, courteous and efficient. I'm pretty sure he left the area of the repair cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend NEFCR!

This business was professional, communicative, and on time from my initial inquiry to when the job was performed. When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to provide a quote within 2 weeks and had me booked within another couple weeks. I was provided a quote online, and that's what I ended up paying. No fine print. Everything was completely transparent. William and another person came to do the actual sump pump installation. They were on time and finished a rather challenging installation (the pipe exit needed to be in a different room than the actual pump) within 4 hours or so. He explained everything to me clearly and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you're looking for any kind of basement repair/waterproofing.
