I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you.

We wanted to change our tub to a walk in shower. Nick from Bath Flip was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable in the product. He answered all our questions. He had very honest and excited in the product. We are excited to see our new shower.

In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls.

We absolutely love our new walk-in shower!! From the in home estimate and design appointment to the installation they provided to the completion of the project, service was top notch! Marcel and Junior showed up early and stayed for the whole day!! 12 hours with just a 1/2 hour lunch break. Neat, professional and as quiet as possible! I was home sick and I barely knew they were there! So grateful! The follow through and customer care was fantastic! I would, and have, highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to upgrade to a safe and stunning shower!

Everything from the first meeting with Pic Home Pros explaining options, cost and installation date went exactly as planned. The customer service via phone by all employees was very professional and informative. The two installers were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in installing the new shower.

We are very pleased the way the walk in shower turned out. Very well done . From beginning to end , customer service was great and kept us in the loop. It took 2 days to install. The crew was kind, and work hard till job was finished.

I recently got my beautiful walk-in shower installed this week. The installers were on time and very polite. They worked very quickly and it only took one day to get my new shower installed. I am thrilled with the whole process from start to finish.

They did a beautiful job. Demo went smoothly and efficiently, installation did also. The crew was very conscientious about keeping the rest of my home as clean as possible and cleaning up at the end of the job. Materials are beautiful, the end result was fantastic. Getting there however did not go as smoothly. After paying in full up front, I was supposed to, as I understood it, have my shower within a month. Then I got postponed another 3 weeks! Then scheduling the rest did not go well until my salesman and I got "nasty". I was seriously wondering if I was being scammed! I was without a shower for a week with Thanksgiving coming up. It finally got done the day before, though I couldn't use it for 24 hours(understandable). Granted, inspectors didn't help but the overall organization of the job needs to be greatly improved, if wha I experienced is the norm. Extremely frustrating! Customer service team was very friendly and reassuring, however, I think frustrated too.

If you want a delayed project, with poor coordination, minimal communication, mistakes in the build and some damage to your home, choose PIC Home Pros. April 2024: Worst Customer service! It's been multiple weeks since they did the installation and it is not complete yet. The shower doors were not installed and the wrong showerhead was put in. I have contacted PIC Home Pros customer service on 5 separate occasions to get an installation date, no one has followed up with an answer. Amanda, director of operations contacted me and promised an email and follow-up, but I've received nothing. The installation staff were okay, they made several errors, that caused leaking pipes and damaged tiles. They rectified everything relatively quickly but I found some minor dame to my basement walls and they did not clean up everything. There was a lack of coordination from the company with the repairs. They showed while I was at work, no call or warning as to the time or ever day. Update May 2024: It took over 9 weeks from the original installation for the Shower doors to show up. The customer service was atrocious, until I started posting negative reviews, no one would follow up. If you can't get on the phone with one of the senior employees, you're not getting an answer or call back. If you ask for an email to accompany an update, they won't send one until you've personally opened a thread. When you're project is inevitably delayed, and you ask for proof of orders or tracking numbers, you will get an excuse.

They were wonderful. Polite, kept me informed through the process, neat and cleaned up thoroughly. They were sensitive to my dog by consistently checking to see that the door shut securely so he didn't get out! Very thoughtful. Overall I highly recommend and plan to use the same team when I do my upstairs bathroom! Thank you for such a beautiful finished product. My whole family fights to take a shower in the fancy spa bathroom!!

Chris, the installer, was absolutely fantastic!!! And they were able to compete the job a week ahead of plans!!!!
