"Bernie was very knowledgeable and informative. They guys that came and took down the tree were polite, efficient, neat and considerate of neighbors. The only glitch in the whole process was with setting up the appointment for the estimate. We had differences on the date of the initial appointment. It was rescheduled and then had to be rescheduled again on a day I wasn't going to be here. That said, it was done and I was given the information I needed."

RGS contacted me immediately, came and gave me a quote right away. I also got several other quotes from other Tree Services. RGS Quote was the lowest, but more importantly, RGS reworked their schedule to get it done immediately. They came on-time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.
