"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

We had a significant project (7 months total)- we put on an addition, created an open concept downstairs & finished our basement. Yet despite the breadth of the work - Kinsella and Team showed an immense work ethic from start to finish. Every day they were there at 7AM and put in a full day. The quality of their work was also bar none. We have seen many new builds/other construction projects where the contractors cut corners or create a shoddy product. Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent.
