"I worked with Masonworks in May 2022 on a big project to completely re-do my patio around my inground pool, driveway wall, and two sets of steps. I had a great experience from start to finish, primarily working with Bruno as my main point of contact. I’m a first-time homeowner who was taking on my first significant project at the house. I asked a lot of questions before I decided to partner with Masonworks on the project and Bruno was consistently helpful, timely, and patient in his responses. The project required coordinating with a fence installation company, as I was also putting up a new vinyl fence around the patio. Bruno came onsite a 2nd time before we signed our contract so he could meet with the fence company and make sure everyone was aligned on the plan. Also, I was allowed to go into their office in Woburn to see the pavers in person before finalizing my choice, which I appreciated. The work started on time and progressed as expected, which was important to me due to the coordination with the fence company and trying to keep the whole project on track. Bruno’s crew was respectful of the property and did a great job with the project. Towards the end of the job, Bruno and I did a walkthrough together and created a final punch list. His crew addressed all of the items on the punch list and the patio looks great. We received a lot of compliments from our neighbors while the patio was being constructed (it was visible to the whole neighborhood before the new fence was installed). I would definitely go with Masonworks again for future projects.

"Silvio and his crew are the absolute best. Hire them - you will be glad you did! Silvio came out the day that I called him, and I had a very fair quote from him that evening. He was very involved in the project, and I could always reach him when I needed to talk to him. They turned my small, neglected back and side yard into a place that brings me so much joy! They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard! Silvio's crew was talented and so hard-working. The guys worked very long days, and they cleaned up each night before they left. SRS Construction and Landscape is the best! "The path install was done within 2 days and looked nice when it was complete. However, Renato told my wife that they always install pipes under the path for future projects. Great. Two months later when I was getting ready to install a new sprinkler system I emailed Renato several times asking where the pipes were because we couldn't find them. No response. I finally got him on the phone and he said he would check with his crew and call me back. Again no response after a few weeks. I emailed him several more times and left a voice mail. No response. Based on this I assume that they forgot to put the pipes in. The sprinkler installers had to dig up my yard drilling under the path. They also put the path directly on top of a thin wall drain pipe that was cracked and never said anything to me about it. Disappointing considering the amount of money we paid.
