Day one of my porch and deck replacement, A+++++. Christian and his team (so far) have been amazing, very hard workers and so far Christian has fulfilled all of his promises and is going above and beyond. I will keep you posted!

An old hardwood deck was worn out and needed to be replaced. I decided to resurface with maintenance-free PVC deck boards. Christian and his dedicated crew repaired and upgraded the foundational framing so that new board design has required support and will last a long time. Throughout the job, he worked hard, cleaned up daily, kept me informed of any issues, and made continued progress to completion, The very professional results look fantastic! Love it!!

Look at the reviews that were bad. If there is a pattern, it might happen to you as well. Same experience as others. Quoted one price, charged more. Didn?t finish the job to satisfaction. I have to repost the project. Blamed the previous contractor. Good person but the work was not satisfactory despite paying more than the original amount. The gate which was supposed to be fixed, still does not open. Will not hire again.

Dicapi Construction did a great job tiling around our gas fire place. From the initial quote to finishing the job he was professional and efficient. His work is excellent and the fireplace looks great.

Christian was hired by us to split an enclosed porch into two different spaces according to a complex diagram we drew up for him. Christian did a fine job replacing and repairing my broken deck stairs and railings. He was prompt in responding and kept me posted with text messages. As a matter of fact, he arrived 20 minutes early to start the project. I would highly recommend Dicapi Construction to friends and neighbors

Christian and his crew fixed our deck?s roof support issue quickly and at a reasonable price. He has great attention to detail and greatly improved our deck?s support after discovering and replacing some rotted wood and adding additional support to the deck. He greatly improved our deck?s appearance by suggesting we upgrade our railings and add finishing brackets to give the deck professional ?finished? look. The deck looks great!

Iâ m very happy with the job they did

Christian and his crew are experts when it comes to tile, paver stones and masonry. Our patio was installed 20 years ago. There were stones that had buckled and risen out of their orginial places and the general slope of the patio when it was originally installed was not allowing for natural drainage away from the house structure. Christian fixed all that. His team pulled up all the stone pavers, power washed them, laid down a new base, secured the stone borders with masonry cement and then sealed the entire patio with polymeric sand. The patio is totally transformed and looks better than it did after the orginal installation. Christian maintains a good work ethic. Everyone works a full day and they stay until the project is finished to the customer's satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and hauled any debris away. Christian also kept us informed of their progress. He left instruction on how to care for the patio going forward, which was much more than what the original installers did. You can't go wrong with this guy!!

Christian transformed my bathroom into an amazing room. Christian tiled my tub surround and bathroom walls with natural stone, installed shower door, vanity, and toilet topper. He also repaired existing tile floor with new grout, fixed the way my toilet was seated on the existing tile and much more. Christian communicated with questions when necessary and problems when they came about. At the end of each day Christian cleaned up

Christian did a great job from start to finish. He paid great attention to all the details of the job. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and stayed until the job was complete. I would definitely recommend him to do any tile job you need.
