Glen-mor was a great business, but once they got bought out, the service dropped dramatically. conned my family into buying a brand new oil heater (heater baseboard just needed to be cleaned). Since then, every time the heater turns on, it is super loud and causes the family headaches. There is also a bad bacteria smell coming from it, causing coughing and breathing issues. Plus, this thing can stay off forever, but once someone walks by the heater, it goes off. My guess is that it works with the so-called smart meters, which are basically cancer causing spyware for your ENTIRE home. Someone remarked as to why the government doesnt do anything about this company. Make no mistake, this company works with the N.W.O. GOVERNMENT! Just a fair warning to everyone who does business with these commies.

The technicians that did the work couldn't have been more professional or courteous!

We purchased from them 2 ASME Propane tanks above ground, and they installed for us. Initially they were not really clear about all the costs. Compared to the other companies they are the cheapest, but you have to do your own research for really quantify all the extra expense that you end up to pay.

Technician was sent out promptly to fix furnace. He provided welcome advice and information on other issues, which I appreciated. I definately plan to use this company again.

I called them as I could not re-light the pilot light on my water heater. They explained that there was a call out fee which was reasonable and they said the engineer would be there between 4 & 7 that evening. He arrived at 6 and fixed the water heater in 10 minutes but checked first that I understood that a fee was due - a good experience

Contractor contacted me immediately and was at the job within hours. The burner on my hot water heater had died and there was a recall on that model. The tech identified this issue, kept in contact with me about it, and didn't charge me the time it took the supplier to receive the retro-fit burner. I am extremely happy with this contractor and would work with them again.

They were at my house within 24 hours, figured out the problem with my gas furnace, found the part and had it fixed within 2 hours of their arrival. Frank was professional, knows his business, and explained every step of the process. I was pleased with the service.

Very professional. Ron the technician was friendly, informative, and made suggetions about how to heat my condo more effictively. Plan on hiring them again the next time I need maintenance.

They were unable to work on the a/c unit. The tech stated that he could not gain access to it. He also stated that an acess panel would have to be installed. That bit of advice cost me $98.

Customer service was great over the phone but the technition who came out was far from it. He was very uncourties and impolite. I couldn't be there when he came and my wife doesn't understand about those things so she called me on the phone. The technition rolled his eyes at her, I guess he thinks he's the only one who has to work, and then in a not to friendly tone he said that the reason the AC wasn't working was that the filter was dirty. I thiought that was strange because i had changed the filter not that long ago. Turns out he was guessing and hadn't even looked at the filter yet which was clean. So no I don't recomend them.
