This company is legitimate and they do a great job! They are informative about what to expect before the visit and they show up on time! Gave a accurate quote before the visit. Their technician works very hard for about three hours.

Duct Kings did an amazing job! My tech, who I did not get the name of, was very polite, answered all my questions, and was very meticulous in cleaning out all the vents in my home, taking her time, including the dryer vent. Even looked like a new dryer when I looked at it after. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking for it!

I have been using duct kings to clean my dryer vent for several years. They always arrive on time and thoroughly clean out the dryer vent. I used them again this year and they provided the same great service! It was great to have the same technician who was familiar with my home to provide the service several years in a row.

Perfect! The technician arrived on time. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. I showed him where the dryer and outside vent were and went back to work in my home office. Shortly later he told me it was finished. He had done the following: - Showed me pictures and videos of the work that he had performed - Of particular interest was the 'before-and-after" picture of the inside of the dryer duct, which had been clogged with lint - He cleaned out the dryer inside-filter - He swept and vacuumed the area between the dryer and the wall - He put a screw in the dryer vent hose that had been missing - He installed the outside bird-guard that had fallen on the deck months ago I would like to use Duct Kings again to clean out my home AC ducting.

Derek did a FANTASTIC job! Wow! I had been waiting to have this done (had to sand floors & remove popcorn ceiling 1st) --what a mess. Yuck! So, instead of going for a second rate broom sweep service, I did my research & hired Duct Kings. I'm so glad I did! Duct Kings use proper equipment, have technical expertise -and, bonus! Derek is super fun, personable, & professional to work with. He even solved a long-standing HVAC mystery no one else was able to figure out. More than fair pricing, above & beyond work ethic & quality results. If you don't hire Duct Kings you're probably not hiring the best.

The business was easy to contact with. I was able to get a service time booked in one week. The technician arrived on time. It was one of the hottest day of this summer. The technician worked almost 4 hours to complete the job and his job was excellent! The dirty stuff was gone. The only thing I could "complain" was that he forgot to shut the basement light off. In general, the work is good, worth the price. Will hire again and will recommend to friends.

Ours is a 1500 sq ft single system, single zone home with approx 11 vents and one intake. Brett arrived on time (8:30am) and spent 3.5 hrs carefully cleaning the ducts, intake etc. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Duct Kings.

I would like to give full credit for Keith and his group for professionalism. There was a scheduling mixup, due to early winter hard freeze that made work impossible. They took full responsibility for this and refunded my fee, which was above and beyond. Great to work with.
