"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. "Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

"Morris Heating and Air Conditioning staff quickly worked me into their schedule even though I was not a current customer. Service Pro Christos called when he was in route. He walked me through his troubleshooting and diagnosed incorrect wiring left by another HVAC service technician during furnace work in the winter. Problem resolved in 10 minutes. "Peter and Mark were very professional. I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises.
