"The project went extremely well. Gaby is a consummate craftsman and finish carpenter. As someone who built custom furniture in my early days, I am very familiar with woodworking and can immediately distinguish between good, quality work and Excellent craftsmanship. Gaby fits the latter! He does all the work himself and takes incredible pride in the quality of his work. He built out the shelving in our pantry and when completed, there was an issue with the height of each of the shelves. When I brought the issue to his attention, Gaby apologized profusely and was back at my house within 48 hours to remedy the situation. This is a situation where you get what you pay for! His pricing was a bit high but fair as custom-built cabinets go. The difference is justified in the quality of materials he uses and the attention to every little detail during installation. During COVID, we paid 50% up front so he could purchase the materials right away as the cost of aLL MATERIALS CONTINUED TO SOAR. Gaby is honest, friendly, highly skilled and fin to work with. The only criticism I have is every decision made and agreement made was on a handshake (Old-school). There was not a formal quote or any paperwork other than the drawings from our designer that I provided. He gave me a range on price and of course, when the work was done, it was the higher of the range. We had initially planned for 2 pantries built by Gaby but ended up only needing shelves in a modified pantry that had already existed which my builder had modified. There were no adjustments in his verbal quote or final price. I had wished at the time that it was in writing. Good communication. Always on time and said what he would do and did what he said! "Deyvin's Construction Inc. did a fantastic job on our 40+ outdoor stairs, which were at least 30 years old. They added five-inch screws on our steps, added concrete pedestals for some of the unsupported verticals, did a power-wash, added a primer, gave two coats of oil-based paint, added some supports under the stairs, straightened one of the sloping top steps, and did excellent work, overall The men were polite, hardworking, and reliable. They took pride in doing a fine job. I wish them all the very best in their future endeavors, and am filled with gratitude that they took care of our stairs. I recommend them wholeheartedly. "We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."

Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!).
