"Deyvin's Construction Inc. did a fantastic job on our 40+ outdoor stairs, which were at least 30 years old. They added five-inch screws on our steps, added concrete pedestals for some of the unsupported verticals, did a power-wash, added a primer, gave two coats of oil-based paint, added some supports under the stairs, straightened one of the sloping top steps, and did excellent work, overall The men were polite, hardworking, and reliable. They took pride in doing a fine job. I wish them all the very best in their future endeavors, and am filled with gratitude that they took care of our stairs. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule even during the heatwave in Boston. All workers were professional, respectful, and carefully cleaned up everything everyday. Leo was always available to answer questions and check in about the progress with an in person conversation and photos. "Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work.
