MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "

" WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD warning is all we can do! If you consider calling ALL-STAR be careful! We are from MA. We called them because they bought customer lists from One Service Pros who we knew. Our tenant called that the water tank blew. We were coming to town on other things, so we called on Thursday 7/31 the first date they had was the next Mon. We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"
