They are actually doing my whole house over on the inside,WALLS,Windows & Floors & bathroom & Kitchen As I had extensive water Damage last February due to a Burst Pipe that was Frozen. Good people at Norfolk Flooring!!!!!

Great service and quality work

Wu's team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in three days; I wanted three coats of polyurethane. Particularly difficult was the job of removing some carpeting under radiators, which I was not able to remove, but they were able to get out except for a couple of carpet tack strips against the wall. Those strips will stay for now. The communication with Wu was good, despite it being the holiday season and New Year, which was approaching.

Wu’s team was incredible. They refinished ~2,500 sqft in 2 days; and the finished product was impeccable. Great communication as well! 100% recommended!

Quality work at a reasonable price

This was a small job — there was one small room (70 square feet) in the condo that I just purchased with a significantly damaged hardwood floor. All of the other floors were fine, except for deep scarring in three “stripes” another room from rolling drawers with damaged wheels. Norfolk did a beautiful job of refinishing the floor in the one room — it is gorgeous—and also repaired the three stripes in the other room for a price that proportional to the size of the job — all of the other companies had a project-minimum cost that was more than twice as much.

I just had my bedroom floor done. I had put a notice on home advisor on Thursday. I got a call on Friday. A gentleman came by that day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The workers showed up Saturday morning and were done in about 2 hours ( I had removed everything from the room prior) including putting down the first coat of poly. Monday morning they came by to put down the second coat of poly. I couldn't have gotten quicker service. Mr Zheng was very easy going and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Just a little side note. If you have a floor done, depending on the location in your house you may want to leave for a while after the poly is put down. The fumes will give you a headache.

What an owesome service and great price! They called me right after I requested an estimate throught Home Advisor. They arrived early to provide my flooring services and went right to work. The final result was just perfect, my floor looks as if it were new.

Great experience with Norfolk Floor Service. They responded quickly to my call, were punctual, and very quickly got the job done with high quality results. Will absolutely use them again!

I have been trying, since August 2019, for Wu (Norfolk Floor Service) to fix hardwood flooring repair work he had done for me in August 2019. Numerous emails, phone calls, text messages - sometimes he responded; however, just enough to keep me calling, texting, but he never arranged to come back and fix the floor repair I paid for! The floor repair was to install hardwood flooring over holes because I had heating system floor vents no longer in use due to installation of a new heating system. Wu staff did the work and I paid him. However, I quickly found out that he had installed hardwood floor over the holes without installing sub floors!!! So there was no support for the hardwood flooring. Tenants are upset because the floor does not feel supported! I guess I have given up. Very stressful and awful. Now I have to find and pay someone else to fix the work he did. More expense, more hassle. I cannot believe all the good reviews. My experience with Wu and Norfolk Floors has been awful.

I have a 125 yr old victorian with inlaid fur, maple, and oak woods. I never knew that until Wu pointed it out. Wu had to rip up a portion of my floor because over the years it was sloping quite a bit on one end. He ripped up the slopping floor, shimmed the underneath properly, installed plywood and then paper before he put the floor back down. He was able to reuse most of the boards to maintain the same color and tone of the original floor. He then sanded and polyurethaned the entire house including 2 sets of stairs. He started and ended on time. Hard working crew.
