For the room renovations, I threw a challenging task at him. These were not your standard rooms with walls and wood that needed a little patching/painting. I live in an over 100 year old building. Some of the belly boards were so gouged and messed up that he basically had to rebuild them. It was a painstaking task but he did it and now they look great - still rustic but finished. Ditto for the walls - lots of damage and he brought everything back from the dead. Every room he renovated is perfect now.
