As for the installers, both Manny and Kenny showed up promptly every morning and worked diligently. They were both respectful to our needs and made a very disruptive activity very accommodating! I would highly recommend them for hardwood floor installation and would have them do additional work for me."

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. "These guys are extremely professional, serious about customer service and do great quality work. I had them redo the entire exterior of my home; strip the roof and siding down the bare sheathing, new roof, new siding, new gutters and repair all the fascia. They stripped 3 layers of old roof off and replaced it then stripped half the siding off the house in the first DAY they were there. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking who these guys were and what their phone number was they were so impressed. There were a couple little things here and there that needed to be tweaked and cleaned up since it was such a big job and so much was changed. Every time I reached out to them I got a response back in less than 12 hours and someone was there fixing it within a day or two. They’re incredibly courteous, polite and value their customers. Hire these guys."

"We have used Willie's painting on 3 separate projects now and will be using them for a 4th project coming up soon. The projects were 3 bedrooms, 1 with tall vaulted ceilings. They painted all the walls, doors, windows, trim and ceiling. We also used him to clean the exterior of the house and paint all the exterior doors and trim as well as to sand and stain the wood on the porch. Willie pays close attention to the details and does superb work. When we bought the house 2 years ago we used somebody else to paint most of the inside with what we thought was good work, but Willie's work was immaculate in comparison and his prices were slightly less for the quoting the same jobs. Willie himself is very friendly and professional, responds promptly to inquiries and get the work done on time. We know that we're going to be taken care of and have nothing to worry about with Willie and his team which is why we keep coming back."

"Peter and his crew were great. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to the house to walk through the lead report and work that needed to be done with me. He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."
