"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work. I would highly recommend Duncan Builders for any of your commercial space build outs and other projects you may have. Extremely professional and I’m so glad that I chose them to be a part of creating my business. I couldn’t have done it without them and I’m so grateful for all of the good work that they did. "First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action."
