"The communication back and forth with the estimate were a little hit or miss, but that's partly my fault for changing my mind about the work to be performed and requesting a couple of different revisions to the estimate resulting in more rounds of communication. Once we decided to move forward, it proceeded very quickly. The crew arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, were very professional and performed all the work as requested including a couple of details at my request that I had mentioned during the estimation process. They were done in perhaps four hours, and they cleaned up very well. His demeanor is great and he's easy to work with. He is careful with his work, and took extra care with ladder placement after I told him that we'd had several ornamental bushes crushed when ladders were placed for a painting job some years ago.
