Tankless Water Heater Repair
The technician arrived later than expected but he explained that there was an emergency that morning and was courteous once he arrived. The tankless water heater was making intermittent noises and a descaling was done. I haven’t heard noises since so hopefully the water heater will last for many more years. The technician said typically lifespan is only 7-10 years which is shorter than the 20 year I have in mind.

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
I had to replace my furnace noting a high carbon monoxide reading by National Grid emanating from the furnace. Issue came about on a Friday...MInuteman was at my house on Monday morning replacing my old furnace. They were responsive on the phone on that Friday, they ordered the new furnace and had it installed that Monday. Kudos to Aaron and the team in getting this completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Minuteman Plumbing and Heating!

Matt and Aaron did a great job.Called at nine in the morning for a hot water heater replacement.They were at my house by eleven to assess the job.We went over the cost to replace it and came up with a very fair price.The job was completed by two o'clock.Excellent work.Clean and professional.Will recommend Minuteman to family and friends.Thank you very much Matt and Aaron.

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
Arrived on time and checked my boiler. Had to order a part and so they came back a couple of days later and fixed my boiler quickly. I would highly recommends them for others to work with this company in the future.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I canâ t say enough great things about Minuteman Water Heaters! I had extended family in town when my water heater blew on a Saturday. They responded quickly and professionally. I called Minuteman after my water heater started leaking, and they sent a technician, Aaron, out the same day to take a look. He was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. The water heater needed to be replaced, and Aaron took care of it in about two hours. He showed us exactly how to operate it, made sure we knew what to do if we had any issues in the future, and left the area neat and tidy when he finished. Iâ ll definitely have Minuteman come back yearly to flush and service the water heater. Thank you!!
