John Lund was very professional in discussing my issue. He didn't try to sell me the newest hot item, but instead understood what I really needed and worked with me to make that happen. The quoted price was very reasonable. His team were very efficient and thorough in replacing the hot water heater. They found another issue that they put a temporary fix on. I would highly recommend Lund Plumbing and Heating.

The only real reason not to recommend Lund would be a selfish desire to keep them to ourselves. I've used several different plumbers in the past and had begun to regard them with distain. Lund did a great job and came in right *exactly* on budget! Fast service, convenient and friendly, they communicated clearly and for the first time I don't dread the next plumbing issue that comes with owning an old house.

They were prompt and courteous, and they repaired the problems. However, for less than an hour's work I was charged $300. The only part that I'm aware of was a bracket to hold up a tube under the sink that needed to be elevated. They were very nice, but because this fee seriously affected my ability to pay other bills, I will probably try someone else next time.
