"I called the company on Sunday evening and they responded promptly early in the morning. My system was installed by them 3 years ago but somehow I missed last year's annual servicing. With the current heat wave it was severely underperforming. They sent out Robert Duclos within the hour. He diagnosed the problem---not enough Freon in the system, grass and mulch build-up in the compressor, valves buried under the landscaping--and fixed it all for the price of the annual service contract. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing central a/c work."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"Ken's HVAC was immediately responsive to my call and came the next day. When we noticed an additional heating issue I called on Sunday and Ken picked up and scheduled to come out on Monday. He did, and we now have heat. Ken was thorough, professional, and explained everything he was doing. I felt very confident in his work."

"Great guy, very knowledgeable and delivers what he promises. I wanted to replace three boilers that showed severe carbon build-up on the units. Jeff explained the carbon build-up was do to lack of make up air being delivered to the space. Even through I had duct work bringing fresh air into the space it was not sufficient. Jeff recommended high-efficiency combo heater / water units with direct vents and introduced me to MassSave for 0% loan and rebates for each unit. I had a difficult situation with a multi-family home trying to replace three boilers and three water heaters simultaneously with cold weather starting to settle in and occupied units. Obviously I didn't want to leave my tenants without heat or hot water. Jeff formulated a plan that would minimize the down time I would be without both, he work diligently to execute that plan and he delivered as promised. In addition he was extremely helpful coordinating with National Grid to ensure they did their part and didn't cause any delays. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system.
