"I explained to Mark the error codes flashing on my Samsung refrigerator/freezer. He asked some questions and had me try holding down a combination of display functions. The simultaneous pressing of fridge and freezer worked perfectly. The flashing error codes went away! Mark was so thoughtful and thorough as we discussed pros and cons of replacing the ice maker. Because of the age of the fridge and the unreliability of that Samsung ice maker, the answer was “No”. All of the help on the phone was free of charge since I didn’t need a service call. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be.
