His Office, called the next day to confirm quote and date work would be done On another day, at our convenience, a different Electrician came. He added the needed electric outlet, installed duct work, and completed the installation for our electric dryer. He asked us to check out his work and turned on the dryer to show that our project was complete. (Both men visiting our home, wore a facial mask, called ahead, gave their name, showed ID, and even wore carpet protectors over their shoes,so we felt safe and our white carpet remained clean.)"

"Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way.
