He added the needed electric outlet, installed duct work, and completed the installation for our electric dryer. He asked us to check out his work and turned on the dryer to show that our project was complete. (Both men visiting our home, wore a facial mask, called ahead, gave their name, showed ID, and even wore carpet protectors over their shoes,so we felt safe and our white carpet remained clean.)"

The next phone call I received was from Mike (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running.
