He added the needed electric outlet, installed duct work, and completed the installation for our electric dryer. He asked us to check out his work and turned on the dryer to show that our project was complete. (Both men visiting our home, wore a facial mask, called ahead, gave their name, showed ID, and even wore carpet protectors over their shoes,so we felt safe and our white carpet remained clean.)"

"I explained to Mark the error codes flashing on my Samsung refrigerator/freezer. He asked some questions and had me try holding down a combination of display functions. The simultaneous pressing of fridge and freezer worked perfectly. The flashing error codes went away! Mark was so thoughtful and thorough as we discussed pros and cons of replacing the ice maker. Because of the age of the fridge and the unreliability of that Samsung ice maker, the answer was “No”. All of the help on the phone was free of charge since I didn’t need a service call. I will call Mark immediately if I have any need for tv, washer/dryer, or any other appliance problem. Mark was “old school” courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
