"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"It went wonderfully! Ron was a HUGE help to us! I work for a local property management company, and we often need to replace a single cabinet or drawer for our properties. It is very difficult to find a vendor who will work with us when not purchasing full sets of cabinets. Ron with KBS has worked with us to find the pieces we need, matched the colors when they have been discontinued, and even had our order hand delivered to our door! "The worst company I have ever dealt with! They quoted our job and said it would be done in a few weeks (this came from the sales person and the boss/owner). We all understand covid happens and there are delays for everything. However months later when they finally gave us an install date they were a no show! The day after we called and they had blocked our number.. After we finally got them on the phone they tell us they no longer have time for our project. I have never had such an overall poor experience with any company. Please stay far away."

They never did. I called again after waiting 14 days and they said let them check and they would call right back. They never did. "I called Cook Appliances and set up appointment. Jeff came by the next day just as he said he would and was on time. Very knowledgeable and made efforts to really find out what the issue and then tested it to make sure that was the issue before repairing something that did not need fixing. He moved out the refrigerator and repaired my issue that was stopping water to get through to the ice dispenser. He replaced a couple parts and I emptied out the ice bucket and it was making ice right away without leaving water everywhere on my kitchen floor. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I have any more issues I will certainly be calling this company first. They operator gave me a time they would be there and the technician Jeff also called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way to my home. I can not imagine regretting giving these guys a chance to fix whatever your problem may be."
