Customer service was okay, it was little slow. It took a long time for them to come out. The job was done okay. They are also little bit more expensive so I really wanted it too but since I could not find anybody so I had to go to Lowe's. The installer who is the sub contractor was pretty good. If I need to I would use them again.

I would encourage anyone to go to Lowe's and buy appliances. I had a problem with my dishwasher, it was a GE dishwasher, and GE sent a repairman out twice and he told me that I was not this right, I was doing that incorrectly, and I had to ask him to go because he was insulting my intelligence. The dishwasher didn't run very long for one thing; it was a dud. I had taken the warranty out on my appliances, my sales person from Lowe's replaced my dishwasher, and he confirmed that it was a dud. They brought me a KitchenAid and I have had no trouble with it. When the installers came in to put in my refrigerator, there was a problem with fitting it in the space I had, and they would have had to take it back but luckily I had another technician here that had come in to put in an exhaust fan and he helped them to fit it in by moving my cupboard up a bit. I bought two ovens, and one of my ovens isn't get hot enough now, so I am going to call Eddie, my sales person at Lowe's, to let them in here, to look at it. There is no problem with that and I know they would take care of it. I was pleased with what they did for me. Usually, once they sell it you, the promise you the moon and that would be it, but they are not going to take care of it after they have made the deal, they don't even know you anymore but that is not the way Eddie treated me. If I called him with a problem, he would still remember me as a customer and talk to me with respect. I know that because I just talked to him in December to get them back out for my stove. Their price is pretty reasonable in comparison to Sears. The problem I had been with GE and not Lowe's. Eddie worked with me for a package deal because I was buying so many appliances, and Sears wouldn't even work with me. He stood behind what he said with the dishwasher. I am having a problem with the refrigerator dripping, so I will find out about the warranty that I took with Lowe's on that pretty soon, once I call them. I am sure Lowe's would stand behind their sale and either repair it or replace it. They were good to me and I am going to be good to them. What I am sure is that you are not going to be unhappy with their service.

They did a good job on it. They were friendly. They called to let me know they were running late and asked if it would be ok if they still came out. I thought that was really professional. He even told me if something needs adjusted during the first year to just call them. They seem nice, professional and they made sure they cleaned up.

Had wooden privacy fence installed. Gate support beam came undone after 2 days (no problem, could fix myself), tips of nails showing through inside of fence (no problem, could fix myself), but then within 4 months, some wood slats developed holes and cracks. Called Lowes and asked that a dozen or so of the fence slats be replaced. At first they refused saying only the workmanship was guaranteed, but then the reluctantly agreed. Contractor hired by Lowes eventually showed up to look at the fence. After about another 5 weeks they came back and replaced a few slats. By this time I was pretty much fed up with their service and didn't even want them around. Very nice customer service until we notified them of problems we had the the fence...then customer service was not good.

I had purchased some wood floors from them before as well. The washer and dryer was probably $1500 and the refrigerator was $700. The customer service was wonderful. They did a very good job of making sure that you know that what the difference in the products and the brands that they carry, and making sure that what you bought meets your needs. They have been doing things to our house about 13 years now and ever since they have done a fabulous job and I would use them again in the future too.
