It went wonderfully! Ron was a HUGE help to us! I work for a local property management company, and we often need to replace a single cabinet or drawer for our properties. It is very difficult to find a vendor who will work with us when not purchasing full sets of cabinets. Ron with KBS has worked with us to find the pieces we need, matched the colors when they have been discontinued, and even had our order hand delivered to our door! Working with Roy at Kitchen and Bath Showcase was a pleasure. I pretty much knew what I wanted and he provided me a quote in a couple days. Counter top template was made on a Friday and by the next Friday the installation was complete. Plumbers arrived early in the morning to remove the old sink, then by lunch the counter top installers are onsite for the install. Things went smoothly with no issues and a perfect fit. The next morning the plumber arrived to install the sink, faucet and disposal. The plumbing had to be reworked due to a deeper single bowl sink, but Nick finished quickly. All the contractors were courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Showcase.

Roy was the first contractor to be able to translate everything I wanted done into a plan immediately. From there, he was able to show me a range of options for cabinets and countertops at different prices, and let me know exactly what I was getting and the bottom line. Everything went very well -- with the installation there was always communication as to how everything was going, concern with working with my schedule, and they arrived timely. Everything looked great installed. When all was done, even with the unforeseen extras that come up in any installation, it was still at or below the lowest estimate I received from other contractors.

Priscilla and Roy at Kitchen & Bath Showcase are WONDERFUL to work with! They did an excellent job with us at every single step of our kitchen and wetbar renovation. We gave Priscilla the same input that we gave 2 other kitchen renovation companies, and while the other 2 companies didn't listen well and created a plan that did not achieve our goals for the space, Priscilla came back to us with an absolute bullseye proposal. She LISTENED to us, and she CARED to get every single detail exactly as we wanted. She turned our vision into a beautiful plan and provided detailed photo-realistic renders (FAR better than the competition's plans) and then exhibited lots of patience and guidance as we fine-tuned the plan over a couple of months. She thought through every detail in the planning phase to ensure there would be no surprises on installation days. She worked very well with our general contractor, triple-checked appliance specs, and interfaced with cabinet, countertop, and lighting vendors. We ran into some difficulties (as I think you do with any major renovation), and Priscilla never wavered in her patience and can-do attitude. She respected our budget and offered very thoughtful and creative solutions to save money along the way. In the end, we have an absolutely gorgeous fully custom kitchen and wetbar that perfectly matches our vision heading into the project. We love it so much, and we thank Priscilla for bringing it to reality for us. She and Roy are really great people, and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than I do them.

Roy was THE ONLY vendor on Angie's list to give me a quote by email last Spring when I was shopping.  Everyone else needed to 'send someone out' or have me come in.  Very convenient.  I was looking for marble and my brother had a white granite.  One of the other A listers on AL said that didn't exist at all which I knew was not true.  Roy and his team showed me dozens of options for white granite.  In the end we chose a manufactured marble stone.  More expensive but no issue with staining and it is the exact look of marble.  Amazingly beautiful!!  
When it came time to make the purchase this Fall, Roy stood by his quote.  We came to his showroom, picked out the stone, sinks, faucets, tile and we were off.  His installers were very professional.  They got in, got out on time with no mess.  I can't say enough good things about Roy and the team.  I plan on working with them again on our bathroom projects.  Make sure you include him

We are extremely pleased with Roy's design for our kitchen. Love all the drawers, lazy susans, and the functionality of our new space. Slight delay on the arrival of our cabinets, but after their arrival, everything went well. David did an amazing job with the install and he was a pleasure to have in our home. Todd, the tile installer did a great job as well. Roy and Priscilla are such nice people and their business is truly family owned and operated. Highly recommend them for both their design skills and their knowledge about the process as we had never remodeled a kitchen before.

My wife and I purchased a 100 year old Victorian duplex last summer.  The larger unit where were plan to live was equipped with a very small galley sized kitchen and one small bathroom.  It was our intent from the start to upgrade both of these spaces but being new home owners, home renovation was foreign to us.  We were constrained by a reasonably tight budget and did not have a good vision for the space.
I reached out to Roy with Kitchen and Bath Showcase after reading some favorable reviews on Angies list and the proximity of his office to our new home.  He came out for a free onsite visit where he took measurements and asked about our budget and overall plan for both our kitchen and bathroom.  We had a lot of unknowns and he was able to help us start to process through our concerns.  He then took our ideas and his measurements and sent over digital designs for us to look though.  I found this process to be very valuable and he was able to help us rationalize through different design choices and layout options.  Roy has a very good eye and design aesthetic and will challenge you in the right areas to ensure the kitchen/bath will be a good functional space.
The design process took much longer than we expected (no fault of Roy), my wife and I are rather indecisive and kept making him go bath to the drawing board.  He spent about 6 months with us going through different options and materials, all of which he did patiently and in a timely fashion.  I cannot thank him enough for that effort as this allowed us to create a kitchen and bath we ended up being very excited about.
Roy and his team don?t stop at design, but install the design and products they sell.  We were very happy with the installation and work that was done in our home.  We did not have to ask a middle man or communicate any design/layout features to a contractor that did not understand the vision of the space.  I really feel this is an area where Kitchen and Bath add a lot of value to the process.  Roy takes you from design to install and is integral to the process all the way through.
At the start of this process, just like most homeowners, we explored several different companies including the large big box stores to do work in our kitchen/bath.  We were pleasantly surprised that Roy?s prices were more than competitive and were able to get a much high quality of cabinets and countertop than we were expecting for our money.
My wife and I plan to continue buying older houses and refurbishing the interiors.  We will, without hesitation, hire Kitchen and Bath Showcase for those needs. I feel like I can really trust Roy and he will not sell me something that I do not want or need.  He has a great design eye and his install team is top notch.  I appreciate all the work he did for us and patience with us during the process.

They're really good. The vice president, Roy, is someone you can really count on. He thinks and anticipate everything. If he thinks something isn't quite right, he will fix it whether you asked for it or not. Their an A++ company. They have good products and they're a really good help. The guy that we saw there is just so easy to work with on top of everything.  He's so precise, so helpful, and pleasant. He knows his products inside and out, his scheduling is perfect, he has really good cabinet installers, and he makes good suggestions. When we were on the last run, he had remembered to put a little bit of trim to match the front of the cabinet. Then he realized that he hadn't done it on the other cabinet so he just put in on because he said it didn't look right to not have that and they didn't charge us for it. That's the only mistake he's ever made. What he does is so complex, he knows every little part that goes in and he thinks of everything and he's totally on the ball with scheduling. I would use him again if I have to. He's very professional, very efficient, patient and knows what he's doing inside and out. He'd show you the best way to get the most for your money and he had a big part in helping me figure things out. They were well priced and they have a big variety of stuff to choose from. It's one of the best companies I've ever had to deal with.

Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted.  Pat was with us from planning through completion.  The only complaint I could have was that she showed us so many cool items that I CHOSE to go way over budget, but it is certainly worth it.  I highly recommend the Finleys.

Pat worked to help me choose a vanity and countertop for my bathroom remodel. She was very patient in helping me select the vanity/countertop that I would be happy with and within my price range. Very professional and called to be sure I was satisfied after the installation was complete.

Everything went very well. A few delays/glitches here and there which is to be expected during a project but overall a successful experience. The Finley family is great to work with. Every thing that came up was dealt with promptly and conscientiously. I would highly reccommend Kitchen and Bath Showcase.

They did a great job. They sent the general contractor for a kitchen remodel project. It included the appliances and the counter tops which have the cabinets, we rearranged the cabinets. She took care of that and she took care of arranging on the dry wall, et cetera. She had ordered the counter tops for us. It was a lot of stuff, she was the general contractor so she have her own people she work with. She's very responsive and I don't have any negative thing to say about them at all, I have a very positive experience. It was always really easy to get a hold of somebody, they answered questions, they were very prompt. They just got it done when they said they were gonna be done, that kind of thing. I think their price is fair.

Kitchen and Bath Showcase was recommended by a friend.  The owners, Roy and Priscilla, were very prompt, informative and instructive with ideas, as well as very friendly.  Very prompt with responses to phone calls and/or emails.  Detail oriented.  We were very pleased with their service and patience when we had to cancel an installation due to out-of-town visitors.  Very quick with follow up when a minor glitch occured after installation and the problem with fixed in an expeditious manner.  Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Things went great: There were headaches as in all remodeling, but I have no complaints. I would recommend / use her again.

It is a locally owned company, which I like. They are very responsive and answer my questions and concerns. Their prices were very reasonable because I did do some shopping around. I get a lot of personal service with them.

Excellent experience with this company.  They were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from initial measuring and price quotes, through the installation.  Cabinets turned out beautifully -- measurements were very precise and everything fit just as it should.  The installation job was very professional -- clean and excellent workmanship.  I would highly recommend Roy Finley to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodeling assistance.

The experience was fantastic. I walked into the store knowing what I wanted. They quoted a good price, offered a discount for upfront payment and gave an accurate prediction for delivery. They had a great recommendation for installer. As it turned out, the item arrived with unusual damage. They worked through a reluctant distributor to get the item fixed as good as new. Everything was fantastic about the experience. I've now dealt with 3 high end appliance dealers in Louisville. Kitchen and Bath Showcase had the smallest showroom, but the best experience.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC STYLE OF CABINET. I DID A LOT OF MY OWN DESIGN. THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND IMPLEMENT THE DESIGN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR ABILITY TO ADAPT TO THESE KIND OF THINGS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AT RESPONDING TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY WERE VERY UPFRONT ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. THERE WERE NO HIDDEN COSTS. I AM HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. I DIDN'T REALLY TALK TO ANYONE THAT WAS OVER HERE, THEY WERE JUST WORKING ON THE KITCHEN AND I TRIED TO STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY. EVERYTHING WAS HOW I WANTED SO I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH HIRING THEM.
