We were provided the most excellent customer service!!! He was prompt, professional and extremely comfortable to be with. He researched and analyzed our issue, explained it to us and fixed it!!! We’ve been dealing with this appliance issue for at least 6 months, and to have this assistance with such a personable and knowledgeable young man was a true blessing !! Thank you!!

My technician was very efficient in finding the problem with the refrigerator. However, the refrigerator was too old and the part to fix it had been discontinued. My technician only charged me for the service call. I thought it was very reasonable, considering the distance that was traveled.

Excellent services . The service personnel was extremely perfessional and kind.

The diagnosis was not good. Unfortunately I have to replace my 16 yr old refrigerator so no repair was made. Almanac was in and out quickly and at a reasonable price. The only problem I had was several hours after he left my water line blew and flooded the kitchen floor. I don't know if Almanac caused it or if it was getting ready to rupture anyway so I won't hold it against him. I'm lucky I was here when it happened otherwise my whole first floor would have been flooded.

Alex was great!! He knew what to do and he did it well. He charged a reasonable price. I am very pleased. I plan to call Alex again when I need appliance repair.

Alex was very punctual, and he went right to work. He asked me for some towels to put in the dryer and had me identify the noises that I had reported. Then after he had removed the front cover and the tub, he showed me the things that were wrong. He was very efficient. He had already diagnosed the problem from what I had told him, had me send him a picture of the model number, and had bought a kit with the replacement parts. He also cleaned out all the lint that filled the inside of the dryer. When he was finished and had reassembled the dryer, he asked me to come listen to the dryer running. It sounded great! He was very honest and said if the motor ever quit working, to buy a new dryer. I thought his price was reasonable considering all that he had done and the money saved from buying a new dryer. He left everything very neat.

Great. The dryer is around 20 years old, so had to order the parts. Repair man returned and fixed it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a repair service.
