Alex was very punctual, and he went right to work. He asked me for some towels to put in the dryer and had me identify the noises that I had reported. Then after he had removed the front cover and the tub, he showed me the things that were wrong. He was very efficient. He had already diagnosed the problem from what I had told him, had me send him a picture of the model number, and had bought a kit with the replacement parts. He also cleaned out all the lint that filled the inside of the dryer. When he was finished and had reassembled the dryer, he asked me to come listen to the dryer running. It sounded great! He was very honest and said if the motor ever quit working, to buy a new dryer. I thought his price was reasonable considering all that he had done and the money saved from buying a new dryer. He left everything very neat.

Great. The dryer is around 20 years old, so had to order the parts. Repair man returned and fixed it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a repair service.

Very professional. He put on shoe protectors before entering the house and put down a large mat in front of the refrigerator. Explained everything that needed to be done and showed us why the refrigerator needed the part. Also he followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied.

Outstanding outcome! Alexander was very professional, highly trained, and so conscientious about shoe covers, gloves, and cleanup. I could not have been more pleased with his work. He promptly diagnosed the problem, installed the necessary pieces, and also repaired a couple of related problems along the way (a nonworking freezer light and a freezer leak into the refridgerator compartment). I will definitely use Almanac for future problems (specifically Alexander) and recommend them highly to family and friends.

Great Alex was thorough in troubleshooting the problem, got the part and was here early the next morning right on time as promised. He explained to us what the problem was. Alex gave us a temporary fix to have refrigeration at the first visit on Saturday. He replaced the needed part at a time that worked for me on Monday. I was very impressed with his service.

The water dispenser and ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator stopped working. We sent out a call to Almanac and Alex called us back ASAP and stopped by the house within 45 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned today, less than 7 days later, and fixed everything. We are very pleased with his service.

Alex is wonderful! Very patient with all of my questions. I’m a “why and how” girl. Alex found that the thermostat was the issue and not the heating element. I thought this was a great time to change the duct hoses. I was struggling with it and he was so very kind to show me how and to finish it for me. I have other appliances to be looked at. I will absolutely call on Alex for all appliance repairs.
