The worst company I have ever dealt with! They quoted our job and said it would be done in a few weeks (this came from the sales person and the boss/owner). We all understand covid happens and there are delays for everything. However months later when they finally gave us an install date they were a no show! The day after we called and they had blocked our number.. After we finally got them on the phone they tell us they no longer have time for our project. I have never had such an overall poor experience with any company. Please stay far away.

The jobs went very, very well. The salesman, installers, and service techs are top-notch. Everyone at Birkhead has excellent communication and they stand behind their work 100%. Birkhead is my only call for HVAC. I can't praise them enough!

Our compressor was making noise. The Technician (Sam) called and said he was going to grab some lunch and be over. I told him that it just went out completely. He said, he would wait to eat lunch and be right there. He was johnny-on-the-spot. Found out it was the fan motor, it was under warranty. He got all the information regarding the warranty, is going to the mfg company, pick up a motor, and will be back over here in an hour or two. I have always had great service from Birkhead for my home and a rental house I own. They are a great company.

It was excellent and they were very prompt.

Great. They were fantastic. They called on their way over and called when they got there as it was for a rental property. They called when they were done to have me come and check it out. I really like them and they left it as clean as could be. They were very pleasant, cordial and got to work and got it done. That's what I like to see. They are not the cheapest guys but after you see their work I am willing to spend a little bit extra to have quality work.

They are pretty good.  They are always fast and timely.

The system is much more efficient now. There were design flaws in the ventilation and return system which they fixed. They were very prompt and they did what they said they would do. They had to fabricate some of the ventilation duct work, which they were able to install the same day. They did a really good job and they followed up throughout the following year to make sure we were happy.

he was on the phone the entire time, My wife and I are at this point in a bad situation with mold,He did not take a humidity reading no moisture reading no inspection of attic or crawspace. He was in such a hurry to leave, he told me to call him back with what I want done and he will give me a estimate.  we have mold we did not need our time wasted.

I have got great experience with them. The pricing is fair and they are courteous. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. The person who came over to do the job was very professional and thorough. He explained to me what the problem was and how he is going to fix it.

They cleaned the outside system as well as the one inside.  We had to reschedule due to work conflicts but they were very accommodating and called us while they were on their way to the house.  Very professional and friendly.

Everything was fine. We bought a new airconditioner unit. If I would recommend them, I would say I had no problems with them on everything. They did what they said. My husband went around and round and they finally got a price that we agreed too. That was good.

Have used them for years on my 16 rental units. From complete heat/AC installations to emergency after hours they respond to keep the tenants happy.

AC went out late one night. I called Birkhead the next day at 8 am. The  person on the phone was very nice, & explained that they would fit me in at the end of the day. Repairman arrived around 6 pm (he called first).  He was very polite and professional. He discovered the problem, did the repair and cleaned the (very dirty) coils. I was very pleased.

I called Birkhead Co. at 3:00 pm on a Friday, and they showed up at 4:30 pm the same day. I doubt that they can always provide such immediate service, but it was the case for me. The technician called before arriving, showed up on time, and was very professional while working on the unit. My impression is that he is well trained. I think the price might be $150 dollars too high though. I checked a few places online, and the blower motor costs $71 (call it $100 delivered), but they charged $200. Add $100 for labor plus $30 for the new capacitor, and maybe $60 for a service call, and my feeling is the charge should have been $290, rather than $466. But then I would have to wait a couple of days for a part to arrive and do the work myself. So I guess that is the premium you pay for getting something fixed within two hours of it breaking. I will call them the next time I need HVAC work done, but will ask for an estimate up front.

The technician called 30 minutes ahead of time as promised. Arrived within the time frame. Larry was very professional and obviously knew his job. He told me that someone would call about an estimate for a new furnace. He inspected and cleaned the A/C unit, and added freon after quoting me a price for that. I will definately use this company again.

Birkhead was professional and efficient from start to finish.  They were on-time and completed the work with as little interruption to us as possible.  From the first day, the Trane system does a better job of heating and cooling our home than our old system.  We credit Birkhead for doing a good job in proposing the right size system for our home.  Our next project was to remodel our sun room.  As part of this project, we consulted Birkhead again.  They recommended a separate HVAC system for this room due to the way it is constructed.  They gave us two options and explained the benefits of each and gave us a discount on the price.  Again, they installed the system professionally and efficiently.  It is working beautifully.

They've been reliable, come on time and appear to be knowledgeable.
