Furnace installation was fine. I had a Nest thermostat installed prior to the work. They couldn't get the nest for some reason and installed a cheaper Trane thermostat. They mounted over the Nest decorative plate which just looked bad. I haven't been happy with the new thermostat and the contract stated to reuse my Nest. I went to see what the issue with the nest was and popped the cover off the new thermostat and seen they completely screwed through the nest mounting plate/ decorative plate. If even wanted to use the Nest again there would be two large screw holes sticking out. I can't figure out why they would trash it.

He was not as professional as he could have been. 

Kinser & Kinser was able to schedule the appointment within two days for first call in the morning, which they said would be 8:00 am. They called just before 8:00 to say they were on their way and arrived about 8:15. George Mckinney, the lead plumber, and his assistant were very professional. They looked at the job and gave me a price, $375, that seemed reasonable. George said it was a fixed price for extending a gas line to a stove. I had priced out the parts and they came to about $150 or so at Home Depot. The only other estimate I received was $679 from Dauenhauer. The Dauenhauer plumber said that they didn't estimate jobs based on time and materials but on the job as a whole, or something like that, although he did say that the parts were about $300. George and his helper were done by about 10:45 am and did a nice job. I was very happy with the work. The only thing I wish Kinser & Kinser had done differently was to tell me when I called that they had a fixed price for the work I wanted done.

Excellent. The price was right. The warranty is transferable to new owner. They showed up right on time everyday. I was out of heat for 1 week and they had a new furnace installed in less than a half day plus the air condition..

They've been my go-to guys for years, and they always do great work. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They cleaned and did a check-up on my systems. The office will even call when they're on their way and they give an hour window for appointments.

Found a coupon for a local  business for HVAC and wanted to give them a try.Kinser and Kinser were very courteous, kind and on time.  There were two guys and they seemed to work well with each other. For our size home, they were only here about an hour.
They made sure not to make or leave a mess behind.They were mindful of our home and didn't leave anything laying around.
It has made a drastic difference in our home after their services.
We recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again.
