Best deck maintenance specialists near Winnetka, IL

"NuAgain cleaned and sealed our patio block deck in late July, 2025. It was a 2 day process. We were informed in a timely manner of each step of the process. The workers were very professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I recommend this company for your patio, deck and fence maintenance needs."

"Luis and team did a great job with staining my front and back deck. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. He was skillful, knowledgeable and worked clean. Thank you!"

"Professional and friendly service. Myles was able to place 2 window units ac quickly and securely. One of these units was a heavier 15000 btu that required considerable work."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Fantastic! Will use again when needed!!!"

"I hired Allegro to repair a wooden fence. They also bid on, and completed, a refinishing of a wooden deck. I was VERY happy with their work, and with their customer service! Their communications (via email and smartphone text) were complete, providing a detailed estimate of the work, as well as letting me know when the work would be scheduled. Their pricing was favorable as well, especially considering the quality and knowledge of the work needed. I recommend them and will be happy to use them again for similar projects!"

"Nice job done to clean my composite deck"

"We are so pleased with the power washing of our house. We have lived in our home for over fifty-five years. We can’t even remember when our house looked this good. This is the second time we have used Francisco and Judy. They have also done interior painting for us. We love the care and concern they take with each job they have done. They are a mixture of professionalism, friendliness and a firm desire to achieve the best outcome for each client. Loved working with them."

"Completed job next day after my request. They hung curtain rods, assembled a bed, removed a built in cabinet and repaired drywall, hung art, installed smart lock and miscellaneous tasks. Fast and friendly, I would hire again."
