Zoom Drain Northern Suburbs of Chicago

The Zoom drain guys showed up on time as promised. They carefully setup their rodding equipment so as to not damage our flooring. They then rodded approximately 55 ft of drain and sewer piping. They then did a full test of sink draining to ensure the the partial clog was gone. Then carefully cleaned up!

Our main sewer backed up till everything was flowing out of the toilet all over the floor. Needless to say it was disgusting. All the drains in the whole house weren’t working. We called several companies who couldn’t even give us a guess as to the rough price without coming out or wanted to charge us to give us a price. The first company we had come out wanted nearly $1,000 to rod the line and didn’t tell us the price until I stopped them to ask right before they pulled the toilet. Then I found Zoom drains. They gave me a rough price over the phone which was way more affordable than the other company and they came out right away. The team was well equipped and clean. Even put their own mat down inside our home where they put on shoe covers. They were very thorough, even taking photos and videos to show us. They ran the auger way further than necessary past the blockage to make sure the cast iron pipe was in good condition. They worked long and hard and exceeded my expectations and didn’t charge me any more than originally agreed upon even though they were here more than half a day. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone with drain and sewer needs
