"Kelly replaced a service door for us which also had rotted wood on the exterior brick moulding. We asked for a quote with multiple options - with clear glass on the door on which he mentioned he could install our existing blinds, with blinds in between the glass, and with wood brick moulding or PVC brick moulding (which would be maintenance free). Kelly was very easy to work with - he came out himself both for measuring and providing the quote and for the installation. I had some issues with figuring out the deadbolt on the handle after he had left, and he said he could come back for that.. All in all a very smooth experience working with Kelly."

Installing an exterior door that isn’t prehung requires carefully maneuvering the heavy door into place in your door frame, making sure it’s level and plumb on all sides, and then attaching the hinges so that they’re perfectly level and are affixed to the right part of your frame and door. Prehung exterior doors are far more DIY-friendly.
