He politely explained that would not be safe and I could potentially break my front door glass. He gave me the option to have my existing door tracks replaced with all new tracks and hardware, which made a lot more sense than what I was looking to accomplish with the door replacements. We set a time for him to come out and do the job. He was on time, even though we had a snowstorm. The covered all of my wood floors in their work area with plastic and tarps. Their work area was sectioned off for safety, which I thought was great. The proceeded to complete the job quickly and with attention to detail! The job turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Elias and True 45 Construction to do additional work for me and your next job!!!"

"I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."
