Receptionist very pleasant, explained to her I lived in Forks Township, just a little north of Easton, Pa.  She said that was just about at the end of the their service area, but she would send somebody. "We had used James' company in the spring to replace an exterior door and were supremely happy with them, so when we flooded and our insurance company asked us if we had a preferred remodeling company, we didn't hesitate to tell them, "yes, we want Ultimate Remodelers, Inc to do the job!"  James brought in his amazing contractor, Kamil (sounds like the desert animal) for the job and we couldn't have been happier.  Kamil came in after another company had completed their cleanup and removal of all the wet stuff.  He replaced the drywall that had been removed and re-paneled the entire downstairs.  Not the huge 4x8 sheets that most companies use, but the 4" tongue & groove paneling that we used to have in place and wanted to have the same look.  Yes, it took considerably longer that slapping up some big sheets, but Kamil was patient and most of all, Kamil gave us an incredibly professional family room.   We actually had a bit of a goof during the project.  We had initially told James what stains we wanted the various woodwork to be completed in.  They did exactly what we said and, as it turned out, we told them the wrong stain color for the chairrail going around the room.  After we noticed our error, we guiltily explained the problem and Kamil handled it professionally.  He explained that, as long as we paid for his time, he'd be happy to reapply the proper stain (thankfully, the proper stain was considerably darker so he could apply it right on top of the old stuff without having to remove it).  We were grateful for his understanding nature and gladly picked up the extra.  We now have the exact stain colors we envisioned and couldn't be happier with it.  We had asked if they could plane down a couple of doors that had been rubbing on the frames for years and instead of shaving down the wood, Kamil worked his magic with his nail gun and simply made some adjustments to the door/frame and they close smoother then they EVER have now!  We had him patching up some drywall in the closet that another company had removed.  While he was in there, he put on some door time on the inside of the door frame that had never been there.  We didn't even realize he had done this until after they left.  It is this sort of kind professionalism that really impressed us.  It wasn't part of the job, we hadn't even asked him to do it, but Kamil didn't want to leave a "room" (okay, a closet) that he was working in looking anything short of professional and "complete". Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to use James' Ultimate Remodelers, Inc again, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to any friends looking for some work to be done.  James & Kamil are nothing short of miraculous."
