I've used this company before about 20 years earlier to replace all my upstairs windows and called them when it was time to replace a few downstairs. The sales process was pleasant, the windows came sooner than expected, and the financing offered was easy and fair. The installer showed up on time, finished the job in a day (2 windows), and left my home as he found it. Both windows are very tight but I expect them to loosen up slightly over time but I know they'll come back to adjust if necessary.

Five stars. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding installed all my windows to standard and followed up to make sure I was happy. They are a bit pricey, but the quality and the strong warranty make it worth it. Reputable company with many years in business and I am very satisfied.

Paul was very detailed in a way that made things go by quickly. The way he described the process is how it happened. The installers were on time and very quick with the installation while leaving the area neat. The doors were installed recently, so we will update if anything changes, but they operate smoothly so far. There is a short period where they are a bit tight after being installed, but then they are easier to use.

Front to back, the experience with Illinois Energy was wonderful. Our sales rep was considerate and kind (we had the kids running around like crazies). he was not pushy, and offered really great options that fell inside our budget. Installation was FAST, and the installers were very considerate of my home. It was really a wonderful experience, and one that we will seek out again for further work on our house!

After we visited the IL Energy Window and Siding showroom, we purchased a new sliding door to our deck and, somewhat later, a new front entry door and sidelight. Besides the obvious quality of the products, the straightforward presentation by the sales representative, with no pressure and no blanket criticism of competitors products, was what sold us. We love both the sliding and entry doors. The glass in the sliding door did not radiate the cold air during bitter winter days, as our previous door had done. The entry door is just recently installed, but the look is modern and clean-lined as we wanted and the installation was impeccable with an impressive level of attention to detail. We are pleased and proud of our choices.

By far the best window company. They have great customer service. They are great at following up to check on customer satisfaction and whether the team did their job. They did wonderful on cleaning up all the debris.

Illinois Energy has installed / replaced 12 windows in my home. The last 3 windows were completed this year on the back and side of the home. They were on-time and completed on schedule. The windows are energy star rated, custom built and installed with very competitive pricing. The price I paid matched the quote and come with a guarantee while I live in the home. We were hesitant at first to make such a huge purchase, but we realized that the warranty coverage was the best out there. We were told someone would come measure the door opening and then they would call when the door was ready to install. We never saw the measurement guy, he came when we were not home. We just received a call saying it was complete a month ahead of schedule (reason for 4 stars). I was a little apprehensive when Jerry arrived (early, which was great) as he was by himself. I didn't think one person could do all the heavy-lifting on his own, but he did and did a spectacular job on top of it! We had an Anderson Door that was not installed properly and over time it was nearly impossible to open. the new door glides right open with very little pressure. I no longer need to lift weights to get my door open! Jerry did a gorgeous job on the inside and outside trim. He did a miraculous job covering up the sloppy trim and caulk of the old work. It looks so professional!

We purchased windows for our house and the process was very easy. The entire staff was great to work with from signing the documents to completing the installation. The crew was terrific. They treated our house as their own, cleaning up everything both inside and out. The crew even had to contend with one of the window openings needing to be adjusted for size. They crafted a new fitting complete with new casing and even painted it with the paint we had. We would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Illinois Energy and Siding. We had a sliding patio door installed and it is beautiful! The quality and attention to detail with finishing touches exceeded our expectations. From meeting with Derek, the salesman who was very knowledgeable and prepared to discuss the product, was easy to talk to and, was very patient with any and all questions we had. To Jerry, the installer who is one of the hardest working craftsman we have ever encountered! He was promptly on time, kind and gracious in our home and went above and beyond to help fix an area in our house that we were not expecting.
