Garrett was great to work with. He explained all of our choices to replace the entryway door with side and transom glass. The door was installed expertly by Jerry(?) who cleaned up before he left. I've used this company before about 20 years earlier to replace all my upstairs windows and called them when it was time to replace a few downstairs. The sales process was pleasant, the windows came sooner than expected, and the financing offered was easy and fair. The installer showed up on time, finished the job in a day (2 windows), and left my home as he found it. Both windows are very tight but I expect them to loosen up slightly over time but I know they'll come back to adjust if necessary.

Tom came for a consultation to replace our sliding door and was super personable. He gave us a quote and didn't even try to sell us more than what we needed/was looking for. IEWS does everything with quality and customers in mind and the technician that came out answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things that they don't offer. They forgot to include the foot lock when installing it and promptly came out the next week to install it no charge. We appreciate the work they do and will definitely be a repeat customer on our other windows and doors.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Illinois Energy. We had complete window replacements along with a large bay window replacement this summer and Fall. Additionally, we had roof, soffits, facia, and gutters replaced this spring. The work was done on a timely manner, the workers were efficient, and clean up was thorough. The gentleman who installed the door was very respectful of our property. He moved anything that he thought might possibly be in contact with what he was doing. He covered everything to keep any dust dirt, etc., from our house and left a cleaner than when he came, I was quite impressed with him and I like my new front door

Paul was very detailed in a way that made things go by quickly. The way he described the process is how it happened. The installers were on time and very quick with the installation while leaving the area neat. The doors were installed recently, so we will update if anything changes, but they operate smoothly so far. There is a short period where they are a bit tight after being installed, but then they are easier to use.

Jerry was the gentleman that came and installed our new front door and storm door. Our old door was from 1949, and well past it's prime. Jerry carefully covered everything, installed new woodwork, trim and locks and painted the trim, installed a new, well fitted threshold, made sure both doors were level and functioning well, and installed all new beautiful hardware, and cleaned up everything. He even touched up any of the paint that needed it, made sure everything was clean, vacuumed, and all the plastic was cleared. Not one speck of old paint, wood, or shavings were left behind! Jerry showed us how to work the new closers, and even cleaned and polished the glass and the brass work. He double checked the fittings, the product and made sure everything was as we liked it! We sure do appreciate all the care and preparation, as well as how tidy Jerry left everything. The servivce with top-notch products and exceptional service. I will be using Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc again

The new sliding was far superior to the door that was in place. Smooth operation and the screen was just as sooth I don't normally see that with most sliding screens.
