"Stan came to view my project mid-September. It involved repairing crumbling concrete at the entrances to my overhead garage doors. He provided me with an estimate several days later, and answered all the questions I had. Because of weather and some missed communications, the project wasn't started until the end of October. Stan arrived early in the morning and worked steadily throughout the day to complete the project in 3 days. He kept me informed of his status throughout the day and when the scope of the project changed slightly.
