This wasn’t a big job. I was concerned about finding a contractor who would be willing to take on a fairly small job and complete it in the timeframe I was looking for. Ceasar was professional from the first time we spoke till the time he completed the job. He provided a competitive quote and maintained communication with me. His quote and that of another contractor were very close. The deciding factor was Caesar’s communication and willingness to accommodate my timeline. The other contractor seemed to have let me fall off his radar for a few days. The sidewalk looks great. All workers were professional, courteous, and very responsive to my questions and requests. Garcia Concrete Solutions LLC I was referred to Garcia concrete solutions by a neighbor. She had seen their work in a residential backyard. I was replacing cement on the side and rear of my home. Approximately (130 ft.)(24-30 ins) and (24 ins.)(30 ft.) across the back of my home. I asked that the quote include a 7x``15 front walkway as a separate item. I got 5 quotations ranging from 5500. to 10K. Mr. Garciaâ s quotation stood out for the following reasons: a. His quotation was direct. X cu. Yds of x psi cement installed per diagram. X inches of compacted gravel, x inches of cement deep. b. There was a landscaping element in my work. There were old patio pavers that needed to be lifted and the dirt levelled. All other contractors wanted to charge extra, we were able to negotiate a solution that included lifting the pavers and smoothing the dirt. c. He was direct. Even when the answer was â I canâ t do that, he was upfront and was quick to propose solutions that worked in our best interests. d. We were able to negotiate a package that included the walkway at no additional charge. I would recommend Garcia Concrete Solutions for the following reasons: a. He managed my expectations. He made sure I understood the process, what would happen and when it would happen b. The tradesmen arrived on time and were focused on the work. Mr. Garcia was here at the start and made sure the job got off to the appropriate start and that he could answer any questions of mine that came up. c. My initial deposit was paid only after everyone showed up and was working. All of this was reflected in the contract that was updated with initials upon completion

I would definitely recommend GCS for your concrete needs. Ceasar gave us a quote, answered all our inquiries and followed the project all the way through. The whole team was professional, and did a great job! Plan to work with the company again on our next project.

He came out and gave me a quote on a Tuesday and installed my driveway that Friday in 5 hours they started and completed the job great work cleaned everything up and we will be using them for all other concrete needs in the future!

Cesar was awesome to work with. He replaced my old cracked backyard patio and sidewalk. Had a slight issue with one portion of the patio after the work was completed. Cesar was quick to respond and got the issue corrected. You can always judge how good a contractor is when you have an issue, not necessarily when everything runs smooth. I highly recommend Garcia Concrete Solutions. Iâ ll hire them again without a second thought. Awesome job by those guys.

We had Cesar come out to assess for a free quote. While here, he helped us choose aspects of our project, gave SEVERAL options including several follow up messages. He got all the permits and started work with his team within a week, was communicative with weather delays and the concrete looks very nice. Our slab and sidewalks were done in 1 day. There's a little clean up for us (chunks of old concrete, nails from the boards) but I'm not sure if that's just the way it goes? Cesar was professional, quick, reasonable and the product looks good! We've received compliments on the look and efficiency from neighbors.

The amount of work we had done was intimidating to say the least ...large driveway, medium walkway, and two steps. Cesar brought a professional attitude mixed with the perfect amount of friendliness. I immediately felt at ease and I'm happy to say I have not one single regret choosing Garcia Concrete ...not a single complaint.the entire process was done with every step explianed to me and the final product is outstanding.
