Juan Antonio Camacho did ab OUTSTANDING job. He just finished power washing my house and patio and cleaning out the gutters. I was concerned about a strong pressure wash on our older siding but nothing at all appears out of order, no damage at all. Patio is very clean now! I was also concerned about pressure washing the gutters as I am not certain how old they are; I asked him to remove any debris manually, which he did. Price was definitely reasonable. His attention to detail is perfect! I'm planning to ask him about his service area to potentially hire him again for my in-laws gutters, and I will definitely be using him next season to fill in the gaps between bricks on the patio and also secure a few loose stones. Could not be happier, especially when it seems like everywhere you turn there is home repair/contractor fraud these days. Highly recommend Lopez and Juan!

Lopez Painting & Powerwash did an outstanding job on power washing our entire home and driveway. They were very professional and timely from start to finish. They were on time and left everything in great shape ready to be used and enjoyed. All windows were spotless and clear and the siding was clear of all dirt and mildew. I will be using them again to keep the house looking new!

Juan powerwashed by entire house exterior and did an excellent job. My 25 year old house was pretty grimey and mildew stained and it now looks brand new! I had previously tried another company and they were not able to remove stains or reach the peaks of the house, but Juan did the job single-handedly. I could not be more pleased. The next day, he was back with his crew to repaint my porch and balcony. Again, they did a beautiful job and were respectful of my garden plants and cleaned up after themselves. This company treated my house with care, like it was their own. I would highly recommend.

Worked with him years ago and was so impressed by his work that I made sure I kept his card when we needed the deck power washed and stained. I called him. He was prompt courteous did a fabulous job would highly recommend this company.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job. During our search for an exterior house wash and paint job many of the contractors I contacted left us hanging or were giving ridiculous quotes. Juan was the only one that kept following up and gave us a date of when he would come and do all the work AND fit perfect in our budget. Juan truly went above and beyond. My neighbors have since asked who we used and we pass them his information. 100% will keep using Juan for future projects and recommend.
