Montana was very responsive to my seeking oil based sealcoating for our driveway - oil based is not commonly requested. He kept me posted on his arrival. Although unable to determine a specific price ahead of time due to old [Google] pics, he was good in working with us for a very fair and appreciated price for service. The quality and application of the sealcoating was excellent.

Emailed for an estimate. They got back to me in five minutes. Unfortunately for me the are located in Chicago and Im in Niagara Falls Ontario. I give 5 stars on a great response to emails! PS. Still waiting on my local companies :(

Done-Rite did an asphalt & concrete install in our parking lot and did a fantastic job. Their pricing was conpetitive and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. They were able to work within our scheduling requirements so we did not have to interupt our normal business. Nick was on site to make sure they did everything we asked and answer any questions we had. It's great a find a company that does what they promise, with excellent quality work. We would hearrtily recommend them, and expect to have them back for future projects.

Very professional and quick turn around

First and foremost, Nick had very good follow up . Itâ s amazing how many companies we had a hard time getting them to call us back. Nick was quick to call and or text back. In the bidding process he was always in contact with us. We had him do pavement repairs on our parking lot, ( some large cut outs, and repaving was done ) then crack filling and last was seal coating and parking space stripes. The lot was 98,500 sq ft. They did the repairs and seal coating in two full days. He was in the middle of the bidding quotes. We tossed out all the cheap bids and tossed all the super high ones. His company Done-Rite was not the cheapest , but we wanted quality , and like anything ....... you get what you pay for ! We own other commercial properties and will let him bid those too when the time comes. Iâ ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure weâ re happy with the results. & we are. Nick and his team were the consummate painting professionals! They were responsive, adaptable, and executed a very large outdoor striping project for the City with wonderful precision. They custom matched colors, worked within our budget constraints, and were there every step of the way. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I certainly would use Done-Rite again and recommend them for all types of asphalt repair and straight sealcoating. They keep you informed on the project and were always on time and finished as promised. Quality was excellent.
