He got rid of the old ring, replaced it with a new one, corrected an old problem with the water feed, and gave us back a working toilet. It was expertly handled.

After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
