I had called around to many plumbers to get a quote for replacing my water heater.  Many plumbers did not call back.  However, Chrissy at Mike Fauser Plumbing was very good about returning my calls and answering all of my questions.  
When I booked the appointment for the water heater replacement, she told me that the service team would be at my house between 2:00 and 3:00.  On the day of the service appointment, Matt called at 2:00 to say that he would be at our house at 2:30. He arrived exactly on time and I was happy that they were so punctual.
The installation took about an hour and required some minor modifications to existing water pipes, gas pipe, and exhaust pipes because the new tank was not the same size as the old tank.  A flexible gas line was installed between the existing black pipe and the new water heater.  Many plumbers had estimated 3 hours or even 4 hours for the same job.
When the plumbers removed the old water heater and carried it through our house to the truck, some water leaked onto our hardwood floor.  Matt made sure to towel dry the water that had leaked out and I appreciated his professionalism.  The plumbers were very courteous and friendly too.
The new water heater is working fine and I am very happy with the service that was provided.

Mike Fauser Plumbing has done a couple minor fixes for me. Granted - they were little fixes (outside faucet replaced, leak in copper pipes (today).............I am completely satisfied with the work and the plumbers --- they were on time, courteous and very professional.. We live in the area so I feel the charge was a little high for what they did and the time it took them. I will get an estimate next time.

Fauser Plumbing was subcontracted by Ekhoff Builders to do work on a new bathroom we were adding in our basement. Ekhoff builders told us Fauser Plumbing would be purchasing the toilet and shower stall from Connor Co. Plumbing Supply on Pioneer Pkwy. in Peoria. We went to Connor Co. to select a shower door for the shower also from Connor Co. We choose a shower door and Connor Co. said they do not sell to the public therefore they would put the door on the order for Fauser Plumbing. Fauser Plumbing charged us $880.00 for this door. Fauser Plumbing delivered this door and left it in our garage. I had another carpenter install the shower door while I was at work only to come home and see that it was the wrong door. The door is 5 inches shorter than the shower stall.
Connor Co gave us the option of replacing the door, at our cost of course, for $350 - their cost.
Fauser charged us $880 for a $350 door - over $500 for delivery - only to deliver the wrong door and not take responsibility for their mistake. Exactly what did we get for the "delivery charge" except non-stop and permanent trouble.

All went as expected, no surprises unitl the pedestal sink. I know they are a pain and take time to get right, and this no exception. Fauser plumbing did it right though as it is centered, level, and secure. It looks awesome. I have worked with Fauser before and they do a great job of listening and understanding a customer's needs and expectations. The plumber laid out a plan of action and executed. The plumber also respeced our home.

Mike came out and checked out the seal around the toilet, saw that it was still in good shape and just tightened the bolts on the toilet. I know he could have said we need a new seal, or even worse, a new toilet because the ceramic was "cracked" but he was honest enough to just let us know that it needed tightening. I will definitely use him in the future every time we have a plumbing need.
