"My toilet was not working and I had heard about this company from a friend so I thought I would try them.  When I called they gave me an appointment that same day-something I wasn't expecting.  The office was even nice enough to call me when they were on the way so I was able to take care of some errands while I was waiting and met them back at my house.  The gentleman that  came to my house was very polite and friendly and got my problem taken care of quickly.  I was surprised that he put something on his shoes before he came into my house to protect my carpet.  I don't think I have ever dealt with a service comapny that has been so professional.  I will defintely use them again if the need arises and will recommend them to anyone I know.

"Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"
