Reading & Son Plumbing IncThe technician was here for 1 1/2 hours cleaning a toilet paper clog, an excessive amount of time in and of itself. They then required payment for 2 hours. While the job was completed there is no way that they should have charged me this much. They will not be receiving my business in the future.
He first replaced the rubber stopper as it had shrunk. The toilet was still running water. Then replaced other parts until it was working correctly. On my bill he wrote down the manufacturer of the replaced parts so I could get them and replace them myself next time.

The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
