Tom Smith Plumbing Company

Tom Smith plumbing has done now 5 projects for me over the course of the last 3 months. Each time their team was professional, showed up on time, and did the work to my satisfaction. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommended.

The plumber said that by fixing a leak under the sink the leaking into the basement would be fixed as well.  That call was 114.96.  The leak continued so they came out a second time and charged me for another service call to rediagnose the problem and charged me another 98.00.  I sent several emails asking why I was charged twice when it was them who misdiagnosed it in the first place.  I have used this company for years but won't be using them again.

He came out in about 2 hours and couldn't have been nicer. He replaced the section of pipe that was leaking and explained to me that contractors tend to use thinner walled copper pipe to save money during construction. He didn't take long and advised against replacing more pipe.

I was very pleased with the work done by Tom Smith Plumbing. I noticed that there was a leaking pipe in my basement bathroom just after a large snow storm. The weather was terrible and way below freezing. Pretty much every plumbing service was booked solid. I had called 4 different plumbers. The person that I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful as well as straight forward which I appreciate. Tom Smith was the one service that told me they might be able to make it the same day. Just as I had finished calling the last plumber, I received a call from Tom Smith stating that they were on there way. I was super surprised as it had only been about an hour since I had called them. They had said it would be the afternoon before I heard from them when really it wasn't even noon yet. So already I was really happy. Then Joel came in and took a look at every sink and toilet before just assuming it was the pipe I was concerned about and not a greater problem. After assessing the situation, Joel explained he would have to cut a hole in my ceiling to get to the leak. He had the pipe fixed in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up as best as he could given that I didn't have a garbage can in the area. Aside from the work that he was there to do, Joel was very personable and kind to both my 3 year old and my dog. I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism, thoroughness and kindness of Joel and Tom Smith Plumbing.

On a side note, I was equally impressed when I had called a smaller plumbing group and when they were too busy to accommodate I was referred to Tom Smith. To me that speaks volumes when another professional in the same field recommends another.

Called Tom Smith Plumbing on Sunday after another plumbing service did not return my phone calls. Tom called me himself Sunday after receiving my message, and let me know they would be able to send someone first thing in the morning. He called the next morning as promised, and a technician arrived quickly and resolved the matter in under an hour. Derek was very professional and I am having them do future work to correct a separate plumbing issue from another contractor. Would recommend and use in the future!

Arrived promptly. Worked efficiently with all parts and tools needed in his truck. I thought I needed the stool pulled and ring replaced but he determined that was not needed. I have used them numerous times and they are always honest fair and the work is always performed well with no waste of time.

It had been some time since the garbage disposal worked well, and the kitchen sink leaks seemed to be more than the and quot;casual weekend plumberand quot; could take care of. My husband and son both made attempts to repair the problem, but with minimal success. It was at that point my husband contacted Tom Smith, whom he knew from church. Tom answered any questions I had and appeared confident he could remove the old disposal and install a new one, as well as replace parts of the pipe to fix the two leaks under the kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable about the products he would be using, as well as his expertise in the plumbing problems he would be dealing with. Tom left the sink looking better than it has looked in quite some time - as my husband said, and quot;I don't know what he used but it looks bright and shiny again.and quot;
We would certainly call on Tom again, either for a remodel or problem.

He was thorough and i was told that after the first service they would bill me. I was very impressed with his prompt courteous service. I own an older home (1927) and Tom Smith specializes in servicing older homes.

Tom Smith Plumbing is great and I will not use another plumber. Nate has been the one we have used from the company on multiple occasions, and he is considerate (takes his shoes off at our door), prompt, funny, efficient, and professional. We have had no problems with any installation, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plummer.

I called this company to get a quote the the pump and installation. The man that answered sounded bored and unprofessional. He said they did that kind of work and the someone would back to me to develop a quote. They never called back.

He is good. He is right there for you when you call them.

They always call me back to make appointments. They are always on time, and they clean up any mess they make.

I have hot water base board heating furnace and he will come out at midnight to fix my plumbing problems. He will come out any time day or night. Its expensive but no more than anyone else. I have never had any problems with him. He put in a new furnace for me. I would trust him anywhere. I know him personally he is a good friend. I don't use anyone else but him for plumbing.

The gentleman was punctual and friendly. He installed the water line for my ice maker. He attempted to remove a broken pipe, but couldn't without opening up a wall. He also looked at my sump pump. A few days later, someone from his office called with the quotes I requested. Because I live in Washington, I had to pay for a trip charge. The gentleman would have to come back on another day to fix my broken pipe. I was disappointed because I would have to pay another trip charge for him to fix it, even though he was already here. Next time, I will try to use a company closer to where I live. That should save me a lot more money.
