We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. "He used an interior product that is meant to be used on furniture and not Floors. We read the can and we can see he selected the wrong version of the product and it also was a very low end product. It was not the good stuff that would refinishers choose. He also does not answer his phones, which is so annoying when there?s issues he completely ignores them. "
