The men were very professional and they cleaned up very well when they were finished.

They came out for an estimate quickly. They did the work within a timely fashion. The work was completed to my requests. There price was reasonable. (I had 3 quotes, with 1 higher and 1 similar to their quote). I am completely satisfied!

Alex and Mario took on a very complicated rebuild of my floors and subfloors due to extensive water damage. The results are exceptional! I will have them back shortly to perform sanding, stain and sealing to the upstairs wood flooring to match to finish the special touches they provide - Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Would hire them again in a minute. They made this floor look like brand new and it had lots of spaces in between boards. Now look great. Easy to work with and there work is the best.

Alex and Mario are the best! I hired them to refinish approximately 1,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was beyond what I expected. CALS flooring was very considerate considerate about everything they did and took their time and did it a perfect job. They cleaned up every day they put the trash in a bag they swept and they kept us in touch how how they were doing and in proceeding with the job on the floor I would recommend them to anybody very nice people very good workmanship and on time.

Alex and his team are EXPERTS. They came in and repaired a concrete substrate that another contractor had damaged and badly repaired before re-laying engineered hardwood flooring. Smoothing/leveling the substrate was a difficult job. It was made even more difficult because the new flooring had to meet existing flooring in two highly visible places. The workmanship and quality is unsurpassed. Alex treated our project as though it was his own home. Executed perfectly. Professionalism at its best. Alex communicated with me excellently so I knew when he was arriving and the status of the project. Alex ran across a few surprises but handled them with skill. All around this was a great experience.

Alex and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. Our project was rather large it that it included 1.) weaving in new hardwood flooring into an existing hardwood floor in two places 2.) sanding the entire lower level 3.) sanding the stairs and 4.) sanding our upstairs hallway. We also replaced our stair newel posts and balusters, where Alex and his crew prepared the area and coordinated well with the separate master carpenter crew that performed the stair installation. Alex and his crew were also fantastic working through our stain preferences including stain type (DuraSeal) stain color, sealer (Bona Intense) and clear coat (Bona Traffic HD). The house literally looks brand new and we could not be more pleased. We interviewed 4 different contractors and chose KALS given we were able to actually inspect some previous work they had completed and were appropriately priced for the fantastic work they performed.

Alex and Patrick did an excellent job refinishing our LR/DR flooring. The floors were installed in the 60's. The house is going on the market and I wanted them to make a great first impressions as they are the first thing one sees! I could not be more pleased. It was a pleasure doing business with Alex. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I will give the new owners his card if they decide to do the rest of the house.

Very professional, know the business and are extremely efficient. We had a storm, power outage for a day when they were applying the finish coats. They worked with the circumstances remarkably well and never missed a beat. I strongly recommend them and their services.
