Linus Flooring

We first hired Linus Flooring to demo our ceramic flooring in the kitchen and dining room and install hardwood. We were so pleased we had them replace our banister posts, railing and spindles, and refinish our stairs to match the new floor, this included replacing some of the stair treads with the new floor color. The color match was so impressive we had them refinish the rest of our hardwood flooring. Over the past 2 years, we have completely remodeled the entire home. Linus Flooring has either refinished or installed every room of our house. The installers always maintained a clean work environment, including tarping when necessary, controlling dust, and cleaning the work area each night before they left. Marius, as well as the installers, are responsive and dependable, . The quality of craftsmanship is excellent and every detail is finished to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly and will definitely call them when we start on the downstairs recreation room and bar.

The house was built in 1965 and the previous owner removed the molding on the floor and I hired them to replace the missing molding. The work was done professionally and they were very courteous. They started the job on September 22 and finished it the same day. They went above and beyond of what I was expecting and I already recommended them to others.

I had Linus Flooring give me a quote to sand and refinish my hardwood floor over a year ago. Due to other issues, a year later I was ready to refinish the floor and they honored the quote. The crew did an amazing job of sanding and staining my oak floors. In fact, the guys helped create a custom mix of stain colors to get the color right. I recommend Linus Flooring.

It's so hard to get a solid crew for flooring. It's tricky work and most groups cut corners and don't pay attention to details -- I know from previous remodels -- but these guys did such a fantastic job. Demo and tile bathroom

Linus Flooring returned our initial call and arranged a visit promptly. Their estimate was very competitive and were awarded the job. Linus Flooring was also cooperative in working within the timing of another contractor doing work at our house. We appreciated the suggestions of Marius regarding floor stain type and color. The workers did their best to be efficient with minimal disruption of the house. They even helped move the refrigerator into the garage to provide a better working situation for the kitchen floor. We were extermely pleased with the completed floors relative to the finish, color and quality.

It went very well. The crew was neat and clean, punctual and their resulting work looks beautiful. They matched the existing color stain of the living room and dining room perfectly. I am very happy with the results and the price was very fair for the amount of work done. They enclosed the area with plastic perfectly so there was minimal dust and minimal clean-up afterwards.
