The carpeting is beautiful and well made. The customer service was better than we had experienced with other retailers which is one of the reasons we chose Mr. Carpet. Mr. Carpet and it's staff were excellent to deal with. They were on time with a number of samples to pick from. The salesman was quite helpful in helping us pick our carpeting. The installers were efficient and did a wonderful job. The price was at least 25% lower than the 2 quotes we received from other companies. 4 months later we also purchased a large area rug for our living room. Again, everyone was on time and the price was right. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of Mr. Carpet.

Everyone was very responsive and punctual and polite. They installed a carpet runner on our stair, including a very tricky 90 degree turn. I think it looks great, our previously slippery stairs are now very secure and easy to run up and down holding my toddler or heavy items. Thank you!

I have never done shop at home before and was more than a little worried. T he experience was outstanding. I owe my happy results to my salesman and to Mary, the Office Manager. I made a mistake in ordering and the lengths to which they went to help me correct my problem was amazing. There was no' attitude' or trouble, just a helping hand to solve my very own problem. Having been in our home for a long time, we collected lots of things so to do all the carpeting at our age in a short period of time would have been a disaster. Mary saw to it that we could divide up the work so we could pack things up and then schedule to do a few rooms and then clean up and move on. I would strongly recommend a company like this who understands Customer Service and is there to help you not just sell to you

A great experience from first contact through installation. We’d already gotten a low-ball estimate from a local decorators “carpet guy” who disappeared when we needed him. Not going to lie, a bit of sticker shock but we’re sure the carpet quality is first rate & the company will be there if we need them in the future.

This was our 1st "shop-at-home" experience with carpet installation. It could not have gone better. Our sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to provide multiple samples in both the color and price range we wanted. It was quick and super easy. We purchased carpet for two rooms and a stairway runner Installers were also very friendly and professional. They were very detailed and wanted the job to be perfect. I have no complaints and will definitely use Mr. Carpet again.

Very easy to work with them. Bob came to my house with many samples - ideal way to select carpet. Scheduled with Mary at the office. Installers were timely, efficient, and professional. They had to return to trim down a closet door and redo pattern on stair landing - again easy to work with them and schedule follow-up work. Mary kept me posted and promptly follows up.

The pre-meeting for quote and carpet choice was wonderful and left me feeling like the job was going to be in capable, experienced hands. Bob was very thorough and patient. The team that arrived for install was on-time, hard-working and respectful of our home. They arrived a little before 9:30 and were finished before 2pm. We are thrilled with the finished product!

Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!
